I have an eye for detail, an innovative spirit and vivid creativity. I LOVE people.

• I was a United Airlines International Service Director for 14 years and worked as a trainer in Nova Scotia and India. I completed a 2-year Leadership Development Program and served on the Grassroots Network and numerous incentive task teams.

• For 3 years I served as secretary on the Karis Community Board of Directors. Karis is a residential program for those with persistent mental health conditions.

• For 5 years I worked as the Lead Customer Service Representative for National Jewish Health’s nationwide tobacco 1-800-QUITLINE program. I also served as the communications liaison between management and employees, providing input to leadership on how to improve overall communication to employees and develop incentives.

• For 3 years, I volunteered as the host of MEDIABISTRO events in Denver. I would event plan, coordinate and communicate in order to bring together approximately 50 media professionals in all arenas, from reporters, print editors, writers, producers, PR, radio DJs and those in the film industry.

• I have extensive experience in call center culture and customer service.

• I have been working in the psychology field as an Adult Outpatient Peer Specialist since 2018. I have lived experience with both mental health and addiction. My work includes working one-on-one with people who have high suicidality and those with severe substance use disorders. Additionally, I develop and facilitate groups for clients, such as a writing, healing arts, mindfulness and, substance use recovery groups.
